++ Anxiety and Panic Disorders

I've had social anxiety for about four years now, and it's only gotten worse this year. I used to be able to talk to my classmates in elementary school, since it was just the 30 of us, in a class, and we'd known each other since we were all 6, so that was okay. I still couldn't really talk to strangers or adults. Then high school hit, and it was more of a "I can't talk to anyone that I'm not decent friends with, and if I do, I actually want to die at the time"
I thought I was shy.
